These Terms govern your purchase and use of products from MomOS at themomos.store. By buying or downloading, you agree to them.
MomOS sells digital, printable products (PDF files). After payment you receive secure links to download your files instantly — nothing is shipped.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own household. You may print them for personal use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or publish the files, in whole or in part.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time purchases — there is no subscription. Payment is processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and is therefore the seller of record for your order; any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and collected by them at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.
The price you see is the price you pay: any VAT or sales tax is already included, so the total does not rise at checkout. Paddle will appear on your card or bank statement rather than “MomOS”.
Because Paddle is the seller of record, your purchase is also covered by their buyer terms.
Download links are shown on the confirmation page and sent to your email after payment. For security, links expire after a set period and may have a download limit. If you have trouble downloading, contact us and we will help.
MomOS is digital content delivered immediately. Before you pay, you are asked to agree to that immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you therefore give up any right to cancel once the download has started. Having given that agreement, purchases are final and non-refundable.
Two things that does not take away. If a file is missing, corrupted, or not what the page described, write to us and we will fix it or refund it — a faulty product is not covered by any no-refund term. And if you did not agree to immediate delivery at checkout, your statutory right to cancel still applies in full.
Refunds, where they are due, are issued by Paddle as seller of record, back to your original payment method. Start by emailing contact@themomos.store and we will arrange it.
We stand behind MomOS. If it is not working for you within 30 days, email contact@themomos.store and we will help you get it working — pointing you at the right system for your situation, replacing files, or walking you through where to start. This is a commitment to support, not an additional right to a refund.
All MomOS content, designs, and files are owned by us and protected by copyright. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the content to you.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
MomOS products are informational and organisational tools. They are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and are not professional (medical, nutritional, financial, or legal) advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MomOS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Paddle is the seller of record for every order, so the sale itself is governed by their buyer terms. Nothing in these Terms removes the consumer protections of the country you live in, which apply whatever else is written here.
If something goes wrong, email contact@themomos.store first — most things are sorted out that way.
We may update these Terms; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
