This Privacy Policy explains how MomOS (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit themomos.store and buy our printable systems and courses. By using the site you agree to this policy.

We never collect or store your payment card details.
Payments are processed securely by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for every order. That means Paddle is the seller on the transaction: it charges you, collects and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax, and is the name that appears on your card or bank statement. Your card details are handled entirely by them — we only receive confirmation that your order was paid and a transaction reference. See Paddle’s privacy policy at www.paddle.com.
Essential cookies. A session cookie that remembers your shopping cart and a security cookie that protects forms (CSRF). The site cannot work without these.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. It sets its own cookies and tells us about visits, not about you by name. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not share your data with ad networks. Links to our social profiles (Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube) are plain links: nothing from those sites loads until you click one.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers we need to run the store:
Fonts and icons are served from our own site, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a font or icon service.
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Account details and course progress are kept while your account exists; ask us and we will delete it. Download links expire on their own and are pruned afterwards.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to get a copy of it, or to stop emailing you, at any time — just contact us at contact@themomos.store. Every newsletter also carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
Billing records sit with Paddle as seller of record. For anything about the payment itself — the billing name and address you gave them, or your card details, which we never see — their privacy policy explains how to reach them.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and private, expiring download links. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
MomOS is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change. Please review it periodically.
